"Next year it will be 60 years that I have had insurance with State Farm. With several moves from Illinois to New Hampshire to California to Indiana. In my forty years in Indiana, I have been with Drew Federau's office and have been served by Sharon Sommerville. She is knowledgeable, efficient and personable. She has, more than once, bailed me out of a tough situation. While riding a train from Nevada to a train station in Illinois where my car was parked, I realized I had left my car keys at my daughter's house in Reno. My train was due in Galesburg, IL after dark on a Sunday. I called Sharon from the train. She called a locksmith in Galesburg who was at the train station when I arrived. He opened my locked door and I had my spare key in the car and drove home to Indy that night. You can't get that kind of service from an online insurance company. Sharon is someone I can call and someone whom I trust. I can recommend her without reservations."

"I’m gonna keep it simple I had 13 policies with State Farm now I have zero They owe me towards $3000 because I canceled the last policy with them. It’s been seven weeks. Haven’t seen anything. But they keep saying I owe them 1300 and some odd dollars This is the most greedy company I’ve ever been insured by They wanna audit you for General liability insurance after they give you a quote for a year And you pay that quote in full after the year is up they hit you with an unbelievable charge I asked what the money is Going for when I’ve had no claims nobody can give me the answer. It’s just due. And if you don’t pay then they would turn you into collections I’ve never been audited for General liability insurance in 25 years until I switched to State Farm Never had a claim They’ve never written me a check But they want to charge me well over $3500 at the end of the year after having no claims and paying my full quote in full when they gave it to me at the beginning of the year Do not recommend Drew or State Farm to anybody there are much better insurance companies out there. I’ve switched all my auto policies and I’m now saving over $3000 a year for the same coverage. Homeowners same Motorcycle and boat insurance saved $1000 not being with State Farm or drew If you wanna save money and have the same coverage, go with goose head insurance definitely not State Farm just corporate greed there"
